Password advice

The three golden rules of password creation and management are:

  1. Never use it twice

It doesn't matter how good your password is, if you use the same one on two different websites you are vunerable, and especially never reuse your email password.

  2. Make it strong or long

Captial letters, numbers, and symbols make a password harder to crack but also harder to remember. Consider using a memorable sentence.

  3. Write it down

Security experts recommend you write your passwords down and keep them in your purse or wallet. We recommend a password manager like Passpack, which is essential if you have lots of accounts.
